The Integrator™ 110 is the latest in Bios thinking and innovation. It's a command, control and readout system that connects with mass flow devices and our Met Lab® Series of primary piston provers to semi- or fully-automate As-Found (pre) and As-Left (post) flow verifications and complex, multi-setpoint MFC and MFM calibrations.
With Bios Optimizer™ software, you will do more with your critical calibration data. Optimizer Collect light provides a RS-232 to Microsoft Excel® interface for the Defender 500 series, the Definer 220 and 1020 and the Met Lab Series.
Gas Flow Bench
Bios Gas Flow Benches offer practical engineered solutions for calibration of gas flow measurement devices using proven DryCal® technology. Bios flow benches are configured to provide the stable flow critical to the calibration process.
The Bios Definer 1020 applies proven DryCal technology to high-volume calibration needs, offering a range from 5 to 500 liters per minute - up to 10 times the volume of any other piston prover on the market. The Definer 1020 weighs 90 pounds, allowing a degree of portability far greater than the bell provers that labs have relied on in the past. The Definer 1020 breaks all the rules of high flow primary gas flow standards. The Definer 1020 doesn't require routine maintenance, or replaceable or consumable parts - just factory recalibration once each year.
The Definer 220 is a hand-held flow meter that allows users to verify gas flow rates, in the field or in the lab, to an accuracy of ±1% percent of reading, including temperature and pressure compensation. Unlike thermal mass flow meters, the Definer 220's positive displacement technology provides immediate indication of actual volumetric gas flow rate – accurately and independently of gas type. Integrated temperature and pressure sensors in the flow stream allow users to automatically standardize volumetric flow readings to standard conditions, for traceable verifications of mass flow devices.
The Bios Met Lab® Series of high-precision primary flow standards offers exceptional low uncertainties to meet the most stringent laboratory and industrial process control requirements. Our convenient Met Lab line offers two products to enable you to meet your highest accuracy demands: ML-800 with the flow range of 0.5 to 50,000 sccm and the ML-500 with the range of 5 to 50,000 sccm. Introducing the new Bios ML One with an all in one design covering your gas flow range of 5 - 50,000 sccm with an accuracy of +/- .15% of reading. The ML One contains three flow tubes in a single portable unit. The ML One is extremely fast, performing flow readings during the forward and reverse motion of the piston. Wetted materials are stainless steel, glass and AFLAS fluoroelastomers making the ML One ideal for all gases including corrosive and combustible fluids. The new color touch screen display is very easy to use, it provides you with detailed information about the measurement process at a glance.
